REVENGE OF THE WRINKLIES

A NOVEL

They have little in common and don't always get along, but three lifelong friends  still meet every Wednesday for lunch.

Lately lunch has become more frustrating than fun.

Sometimes they  call themselves The Wrinklies.

Not all of them find it funny.

Wrinklies on wrinkles…

Darla: “So, we’ve gained a few wrinkles over the years. Time passes. Life happens. Who cares?"

Maureen: “Try to think of wrinkles as a sign of wisdom.…Wrinkly Wisdom.”

Inge: "I do not look sixty-three … "You are just jealous that I have met a man who finds me attractive."

Scammer's target: A lonely older woman who is easily fooled into thinking she doesn’t look her age — as we all secretly believe in the absence of a mirror.

In Revenge of the Wrinklies, Darla and Maureen draw on a lifetime of experience and acquired  skills in an effort  to scam a professional scammer and prevent their old friend from becoming his next victim.

Revenge of the Wrinklies is soon to be released in paperback  format.
