Books to read, books to write, books to imagine!
There can never be enough time because the
list is always growing!
In my newest manuscript fourteen year old cousins Grady and Jada couldn't be more different. But they must learn to cooperate or perish when they encounter a Sasquatch at Spirit Lake.
Spirit Lake:
The native name for this isolated mountain lake meant Spirit Lake but locals know it as Spooky Lake. Reports of unexplained happenings stretch back through the years.
Sasquatch:
Real or not real, that is the question. Whether it’s a figment of the imagination, a unique grizzly bear, or an overgrown human-like creature, Sasquatch is integral to this tale.
Seven-year-old Kyle loves hunting for treasure on the beach after a big storm.
When he finds a half-drowned puppy and saves her life, he names her Treasure. And she is the best treasure ever!
Until Treaure's owner shows up to take her home.
Jessica and her dad always take a long canoe trip in the summer. But this year everything is changed. Instead of just the two of them with a canoe and backpacks, they set out on a cabin cruiser belonging to Patti, her dad's new wife.
Even worse, Patti has a daughter. Her name is Amie and Jess's dad expects her to be nice to this younger girl. But Amie is spoiled rotten!

I have written more than 20 books, most of them for readers in middle-grades but with some younger and some older mixed in.
Many are backlisted, (not to be confused with “blacklisted!") but still available, others are out of print.
My books released by publishers other than Orca Book Publishers are now out of print. This happened mainly because the publishers went out of business!
In this age of internet and Amazon, independent publishers and booksellers struggle to stay alive.
Please support them when you can!
